Corruption Of A School Named Park Institution in kolkata

A student of Class 10 of Park Instituton situated in kolkata,sodepur eliminated from the icse exam 2012 by the principal because he wanted 8000 for the admit card..The boy could not arrange the money and the prinipal did'nt gave him his admit card for the exam but he was havng the boy's admit card..The Principal spoiled his 1 year without any kind of reason..After some days he went to school for transfer certificate and registration card because he wanted to leave the school..As the boy wanted to leave the school he asked the manager of the school named "Bimal" for TC and registration card,the manager told that you have to give 8000 rupees for the things which you want to get..The boy was shocked and then he took his brother to the school and his brother met the manager..The brother asked the manager that why he want 8000 rupees..The Manager told that it is written in the addmission form..When he saw the admission form then the brother say the statement that if any type of dues are left to be cleared of the monthly fees then he should pay for issuing the admit card...But his fees was fully cleard...Then his brother told the manager and explained him the statement..Then manager told that this is transer fees and to get the TC and registration you have to give 8000rs..One mms video of the conversation given below:-

This is a very serious thing of the school..The schools are not for business..Schools are for education not for business.School is called the second house of a child but a children are not used to be harassed in the house...For this reason the corruption is increasing and the students are commiting suicide...Even police is supporting that principal as he was a retired calcutta police...Police is not writing the FIR of the Principal's name but the Police is blackmailing the boy and his parent that if they will not go from the police station then he will insert us in the jail...The boy is helpless and he did not get justice till now...
